
Aubry Smith (M.A. Theological Studies, Columbia International University) is a writer, mother of 3, childbirth educator, and doula. Aubry writes, teaches, and speaks on Christ-centered pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood, and how these can be profound contributors to spiritual formation when combined with thoughtful intention and spiritual disciplines. Aubry is the author of the book Holy Labor: How Childbirth Shapes a Woman’s Soul (Kirkdale Press, 2016), which you can find more about here. She also recently released The Christian Mom’s Pregnancy Journal (Zeitgeist, 2021).
Aubry and her husband work for an international Christian nonprofit, first in the Middle East for five years, and now providing support services for refugees and asylum seekers in Belfast, Northern Ireland. A PhD student in Intercultural Studies, she enjoys teaching cross-cultural communication and missiology.
